Kick-Off Meeting

We are really excited to announce you that for the next 30 months,  the Italian NGO, Fattoria Pugliese  Diffusa APS (FPD), will be the lead  partner of a new Strategic  Partnership within the  programme Erasmus+ KA204. On 23 November 2020, FPD hosted  online the first transnational  project meeting within the  ”ERASVUS+” project. All the 4  partner organizations, Fattoria  Pugliese Diffusa APS” (Italy),  Asociación Socioeducativa Eduplus  (Spain), Universidad de Castilla- La Mancha (Spain) and Integrált Kifejezés- és Táncterápiás  Egyesület (Hungary), were represented by 2 delegates (coordinators, educators,  teachers,…). The delegates discussed about activities and objectives and how the COVID-19  pandemic could affect the regular implementation of the initiatives. ERASVUS+ aims at reaching the following OBJECTIVES: 1/ to contribute to the development of competences of the educators and staff members  working with adults, specifically with the over-50s 2/ to create new opportunities for learning for the over-50s, through 36 European mobilities  for volunteering (LTTAs) 3/ to etablish a Network of European Institutions cooperating in the education of seniors. Moreover, ERASVUS+ aims at creating a space for bringing together different  generations to discuss and promote European volunteering opportunities for senior citizens. Thanks to the adoption of an intergenerational approach, some young people will  share their experience as EU volunteers (in programs like EVS, European Solidarity Corps,  EuropeAid,...), while the seniors will give them back their great wealth of experience and  their specific knowledge.
