Aim of the meeting: The meeting aimed to approach aspects of management, quality assurance, activity organization, and technology framework.
The agenda of the meeting
On the 19th of April, the lead partner, FPD, welcomed the participants and presented the agenda of the meeting. The morning session was addressed to the “AGILE Coordination” where aspects such as communication and dissemination plan, budget rules, roles and duties, activity plan, and reporting rules were discussed with the partners. After this activity, each partner presented its organization, what kind of activities they are implementing related to the AGILE topic, and their experience in traditional sports and games, and intergenerational learning. In the afternoon session, FPD prepared a study visit to “Museo della Cività Contadina” and discussed with the consortium what kind of traditional sports and games they are practicing and how are they related to legality.
On the second activity day, FPD organized a workshop on how to prepare the PODCASTS with the help of a Journalist from Canale Salento, and some designing and content aspects were distributed within the partnership. The meeting ended with an evaluation session.
Topic of the meetings and results
During this meeting, all the roles and duties were clarified by the lead partner, together with the partners. The reporting rules, documents needed, and how to manage the Sygma platform were outlined.
On the second day, FPD organized a training session on the registration process for the podcasts (how to produce them, technical tips, quality assessment, etc.), needed for reaching one of the final outputs of AGILE.
The AGILE online tools were presented to the participants and agreed to share the pages with each partner's Network to reach a wide audience.
The next steps of the project, related to the TPMs and Local Sports Activities were discussed and deadlines were settled together with the consortium.
